The B&B rooms at Treglisson are now open with an increased cleaning protocols and new terms and conditions in place. Your safety and wellbeing and that of our local community is of the utmost importance to us.
Covid specific terms
Where possible, we are keeping rooms empty for 72 hours between guests to minimise the risk of infection.
Should you book and suspect you may have Covid19 prior to arrival, please contact us to cancel your booking and we will refund you.
If you fall ill during your stay, at the earliest opportunity please text or call us to let us know, leave the property and travel home (but do not use public transport). This is for your safety and that of our other guests, our family and the community. As soon as you get home please self-isolate. Please contact the NHS on 111 to request a Covid test as soon as you can. If you are too unwell to travel, additional costs will be incurred if you find yourself having to stay longer.
Whilst you are staying with us, please stick to the social distancing rules, wear a mask in communal areas (the stairs and halls) and follow good hand washing practice. (the attic is solely yours to use, as is the breakfast room, however the rest of house is occupied by our family. Only one member of the family will enter your room during your stay to clean whilst you are out and after your stay).
When you leave, please open the windows, strip the bedding and place all linen, towels and robes directly into the bags provided. Please ensure any used tissues are bagged and placed in the bins.
In Treglisson Guest House you’ll have the whole attic space to yourselves in The Garret. In The Garret are two family sized rooms, Neyth (The Nest) which sleeps 2 adults and 1 child and Gwydhen (the Tree room) which sleeps 2 adults and up to 2 children. The rooms share a private bathroom.
