Site terms and conditions
Please also refer to our Covid19 page for terms and conditions specifically around keeping safe and healthy during your holiday.
Pitch prices are for 2 people plus caravan/tourer/tent. There is no extra charge for awnings, dogs, car (one), hair dryers, hot water or showers. Extra cars incur a charge (See above).
Electric pitch prices cover all pitches on the main site. They are not discounted if electricity is not needed. There is a chemical toilet available onsite and communal water taps around the site. We regret water & drainage facilities for motorhomes are not available on the pitches.
Non-electric pitches, on our secondary site, are available during the summer holidays only.
The maximum number of people allowed to stay on a pitch is 6 (including children). This is to ensure that the site does not become overcrowded and that the experience of staying at Treglisson is made more enjoyable for all.
Caravans and campervans may use grass pitches but motorhomes must book hardstanding pitches. Twin axle caravans can only use certain pitches. Please let us know when booking which vehicle you have.
Pitch sizes are approximately 10m x 10m and can to accommodate a caravan, modest awning and one car, however, not all are suitable for double axle caravans or large awnings. Max size for tents is 7m. If in doubt please ask.
Only 1 car per pitch please as there is very limited parking. Extra cars will be chargeable. Max 5mph on site to keep it safe for all. Please park your car as directed by the site owners. Do not park on the play area or obstruct others.
Unless you have a sewn-in groundsheet, all ground sheets must be breathable to ensure that the pitches remain in a healthy state for subsequent guests.
There is free access to a freezer for bagged/named freezer blocks. Battery packs may be recharged on request.
Washing powder is available for your use in the laundrette.
Guests are asked to vacate the site on the day of departure by 11:00am.
New arrivals should arrive after 2:00pm.
Please try to arrive in plenty of time to pitch your tent in daylight. If you think you are going to arrive later than around 8.00pm please let us know.
We strongly advise booking if you are intending to visit us during the school holidays.
Treglisson is a quiet, rural site and we request that noise is kept to a minimum between 10.30pm and 8.00am.
No stag or hen parties or large single sex groups please.
Dogs and other pets
We are a dog friendly campsite, but only well-behaved dogs please. Dogs should stay on their leads on the site. We currently do not charge extra for dogs, but should dog poo be found on the grounds, we may have to start charging – so please bag up your dog poo and dispose of it appropriately in the main waste bins.
Maximum of 2 dogs per site, except by prior arrangement.
If you plan to bring any other animal (i.e. cat) onto site please let us know in advance. As with dogs, cats are to be kept on harness if outside onsite & should use a litter tray which must be disposed of in a sanitary fashion.
We provide recycling bins for mixed dry recycling and separately for glass – please use these bins as much as you can and crush down your bottles and cans. Please do not place bags with a mixture of recycling and other waste in recycling bins. Please ensure no food waste, dog poo bags, nappies (even if they are biodegradable) or hazardous items such as gas canisters are put in recycling bins. Please use separate bin for glass recycling.
Unfortunately we cannot yet recycle food waste, so this needs to go into the main waste bins.
Please do not leave unwanted or broken items at Treglisson – especially air beds, old tents, gazebos or camping chairs. There is a dump at St Erth (10 minute drive) where these items can be taken.
We do not sell or recycling gas canisters. Please do not put in the recycling.
Please also read the Covid 19 page for specific terms relating to how this affects your holiday.
