Site terms and conditions
Pitch prices are for 2 people plus caravan/tourer/tent. There is no extra charge for awnings, dogs, car (one), hair dryers, hot water or showers.
Serviced pitch prices cover all pitches on the main site. They are not discounted if electricity is not needed. Non-electric pitches, on our secondary site, are available during the summer holidays only.
The maximum number of people allowed to stay on a pitch is 6 (including children). This is to ensure that the site does not become overcrowded and that the experience of staying at Treglisson is made more enjoyable for all. Our Bell tent is restricted to 4 persons.
Caravans and campervans may use grass pitches but motorhomes must book hardstanding pitches. Twin axle caravans can only use certain pitches. Please let us know when booking which vehicle you have.
Pitch sizes are approximately 10m x 10m and are large enough to accommodate a caravan, awning and car, however, not all are suitable for double axle caravans. Max size for tents is 7m. If in doubt please ask.
Only 1 car per pitch please. Max 5mph on site to keep it safe for all. Please park your car as directed by the owners.
Unless you have a sewn-in groundsheet, all ground sheets must be breathable to ensure that the pitches remain in a healthy state for subsequent guests.
There is free access to a freezer and a mircrowave oven and batteries may be recharged on request.
Washing powder is available for your use in the laundrette.
Guests are asked to vacate the site on the day of departure by 11:00am and new arrivals should aim to arrive after 2:00pm. If you want to arrive earlier you may be able to park in our small car park, but please mention it if this is the case.
Please try to arrive in plenty of time to pitch your tent in daylight. If you think you are going to arrive later than around 8.30pm please just let us know.
We strongly advise booking if you are intending to visit us during the school holidays.
Treglisson is a quiet, rural site and we request that noise is kept to a minimum between 10.30pm and 8.00am.
No stag or hen parties or large single sex groups please.
We are a dog friendly campsite, but only well-behaved dogs please. Dogs should stay on their leads on the site. We currently do not charge extra for dogs, but should dog poo be found on the grounds, we may have to start charging – so please bag up your dog poo and dispose of it appropriately.
Maximum of 2 dogs per site, except by prior arrangement.
If you plan to bring any other animal (i.e. cat) onto site please let us know in advance. As with dogs, cats are to be kept on harness if outside onsite & should use a litter tray which must be disposed of in a sanitary fashion.
We provide recycling bins for mixed dry recycling and separately for glass – please use these bins as much as you can and crush down your bottles and cans. Unfortunately we cannot yet recycle food waste, so this needs to go into the main waste bins.
